Straub Sr. laid the foundation for Straub Construction in 1920 when he began developing homes, churches and schools in the Country Club Plaza and Mission Hills areas of Greater Kansas City. Founded during a time when craftsmanship was exquisite and personal integrity expected, these traits remain the hallmark for Straub Construction Kansas City.

Today, under the leadership of Ernie Straub, Jr. and Ernie Straub III, the company has experienced over 300 percent growth in the last 10 years. We are positioned to continue that growth and expand into other areas of construction innovation and general contracting. Father and son joined together in 1987 and continue the success of Straub Construction Kansas City based on the company's commitment to building a quality project – on time and within budget.
