The first floor of the alumni center is used for social functions and features a custom made curved staircase with oak treads. Office space and mechanical rooms occupy the second floor.

Lillian Schumacher Elementary School (Institutional Construction)
The school was completed in just 15 months and includes 70,000 square feet with 18 classrooms, multi-media library,
full size gymnasium, commercial kitchen, and administrative support facilities.
