After much community planning, the Salina community approved to fund this one-of-a-kind municipal water park in 2008, despite the economy. Regardless of age or ability, this new aquatic center is “the place to be” in central Kansas.

In just 11 weeks, the second floor, mezzanine, and third floor levels of historic 909 Walnut were transformed into 30,958 SF of upscale office space.

Construction of Clyde Manor originally started in the late 1920s. The project was abandoned during the Great Depression, sitting empty until after WWII.

This award-winning project included construction of an 87,000 SF elementary school and a 128,000 SF middle school, located on a rapidly expanding campus.

Once renovation is completed, this 88,000 SF LEED Certified building will serve the community with increased sport facility offerings.

Built to currently accommodate 920 parishioners, this 21,230 SF church is structural steel framed and has exposed timber framed roof structure. The ceiling consists of tongue-in-groove wood decking. Three pairs of 10-feet tall full-lite glass doors surround a storefront curtain wall.

A state-of-the-art 1,500 seat auditorium with a performance stage, specialty audio-visual center and lighting systems, and unique auditorium ceiling finish.

Located in historic downtown Overland Park, this 35,502 SF project includes 1st floor retail plus six garages, 2nd floor offices, and four condo units on the 3rd floor, each with loft level and outdoor patio.
