Project Description
Completed on schedule, this project offers 166 apartments and 137,071 square feet of quality, affordable living space in a historic, characteristic building.
The project consisted of complete interior demolition and historic restoration. Structural weaknesses in the buildings were significant.
With careful scheduling and communication, units were temporarily rehabilitated to enable the successful relocation of existing residents.
Straub worked closely with Rosin Preservation, Inc. to restore significant historical aspects. The architects designed all-new apartments of the highest quality.
What others are saying about Straub Construction, General Contractor, Kansas City
There are many attributes of Straub’s team worth citing, but I was most impressed with the consistent professionalism your employees exhibited, from senior managers to field workers. You have clearly instilled a corporate philosophy and work ethic into your entire organization centered on delivering high quality service to your clients in a consistent and professional manner. That philosophy is readily apparent whenever I interact with anyone at Straub, and instills confidence that the work will meet the high standards that we set for all our projects.
