Project Description

Construction of Clyde Manor originally started in the late 1920s. The project was abandoned during the Great Depression, sitting empty until after WWII.

An additional floor was then added and the building completed.

Clyde Manor features a grand lobby which today has been restored to its original luster.

Original wood moldings were preserved or replicated to maintain part of the historical fabric of the original design.

New cabinets, floor coverings, plus up-to-date kitchens and bathrooms add modern appeal to the 115 units.

All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems now extend the useful life of Clyde Manor for many more years.
