The project consisted of complete interior demolition and historic restoration of some interior and exterior features.
Georgian Court was originally a luxury hotel built in the 1920s with 24 apartments. Straub Construction worked closely with Rosin Preservation, Inc. Together, we preserved significant historical aspects of the building while allowing Rosemann & Associates to design all new apartments of the highest quality.
