Description:
A 38,000 square foot church and attached parish area including 1,200 capacity sanctuary, narthex, meeting rooms, pastoral areas, admin office, multi-purpose room, commercial kitchen, classrooms, and audio visual support.
As the project progressed, costs stayed within budget. In fact, six months before completion Straub was directed to proceed with plans for additional classrooms in the basement. This was originally intended to be a future phase.
