The new facility has more than three times the space of their former building and can house 125 cats and over 100 dogs.  
The facility features many specialized kennels and pens, meeting areas for pet owners and their animals, procedures and surgical rooms as well as exterior pens and fenced areas.  A crematory building was also built adjacent to the new facility.
This regional animal shelter boasts an upscale lobby area with log trusses that provides an open and welcoming atmosphere.
