This project included eight structures (four apartment buildings and four town home buildings) with 104 one- and two-bedroom units.

The average unit size is 700-1,060 square feet.

One structure was burned out prior to construction and requried complete renovation, while others involved cosmetic changes.

The biggest challenge, which Straub handled seamlessly, was that 65% of the units were occupied by existing residents during construction.
