This two-time national award-winning facility includes: 6,500 SF of granite flooring, extensive power and lighting provisions, curvilinear walls, cherry paneling, fluted cherry column covers, and a two-story lobby with open ornamental iron elliptical stairway.

The building structure consists of 80 concrete columns. Due to poor soil conditions, column loads had to be extended down to bedrock by use of piers and penetrated into the sub-grade 60 feet to reach the bedrock.
