Brad Castrop
Superintendent

Brad joined Straub in 2015, after hearing about us from a family member. With Straub’s strong reputation and tight-knit family environment – he knew it was somewhere he wanted to build his career.

Straub provides a positive work environment. Everyone is helpful and encouraging and I’m given the autonomy to manage my projects while feeling supported by leadership.

Starting as a carpenter, Brad has moved up quickly within our company. Now serving as a Superintendent, his work ethic and commitment to project excellence make him one of our most well-respected Supers. Brad is known for going the extra mile on his projects. In fact, he self-performed scope and dedicated his own time to install a surround sound system on his One City Café project for Bishop Sullivan Center.

Brad knows everything about renovation. Some recent projects he’s completed include One City Cafe, Christ Community Church, and Science City at Union Station. His current project is unique, and will heavily impact our Straub team – a renovation to our Shawnee office. We hear he has a strong rapport with the client, so we expect nothing but a great success.

When Brad’s not on the job site, you’ll either find him on the golf course or spending time with family or his Goldendoodle, Amos.
