The Straub Family Picnic returned this year for its 26th celebration of a tradition that has become central to who we are. What began with Ernest Straub Jr. more than two decades ago continues to bring our team together beyond the jobsite, honoring the families who make our work possible. Over the years, generations of children have grown up at the picnic—many employees who once attended as kids are now sharing the day with children of their own. Despite torrential downpours trying to steal the show, the crowd kept the spirit strong, enjoying activities, great food, and the always-anticipated raffle featuring the latest tech and prizes.
As Straub continues to grow, so does our commitment to the culture and relationships that define us. Rain or shine, we’re grateful for another year together and look forward to many more generations of the Straub Family Picnic.
