Gates of Heaven Cemetery | Maintenance Building
Established in 1996, Gates of Heaven Cemetery is the newest of the nine Catholic Cemeteries of Northeast Kansas. Located on approximately 40 acres in western Wyandotte County, the cemetery provides a peaceful setting for traditional ground burials, lawn crypts, and the Holy Redeemer Mausoleum. Guided by the mission of Catholic Cemeteries of Northeast Kansas, Gates of Heaven is dedicated to honoring the faithful with dignity, compassion, and respect while providing comfort and support to their families.
The new 6,000 SF maintenance building is designed to support the daily operations of Gates of Heaven Cemetery. The facility includes storage for grave excavation equipment and coffins, as well as staff break areas and restrooms. Purpose-built for efficiency and functionality, the building provides the operational support needed to maintain and serve the cemetery for years to come.
