The phase II expansion of the BlackHawk Apartments brings 108 new one and two-bedroom apartments to Spring Hill, Kansas.

The Construction

These luxury apartments feature amenities such as a saltwater swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, outdoor grill patio, playground, and an entertainment room featuring a fireplace, kitchen and TV. Each unit contains a balcony or patio with options of carport or garage parking.
